KAILUA-KONA, HAWAI'I – On Friday, Tim Dalhouse, Republican candidate for U.S. Senate announced the appointment of Joel Borgquist as Campaign Manager in his race against Democrat Brian Schatz.
Joel joins the campaign following his success preparing the Hawaiʻi Republican Party for the 2022 election. He created the ‘Stand For Hawaiʻi’ movement that is serving as the Republican theme of this election; built the ‘Run To Win’ Republican candidate development program; helped recruit the Party’s 100 strong candidate ticket across the State; and led the charge to ensure that official election observers are staffed and trained at every elections office counting center. “I only work for candidates I believe in. Tim is the right person to be Hawaiʻi’s next US Senator and the right person to defeat Brian Schatz," said Joel Borgquist.
Joel has advised an astounding number of state campaigns this election in Hawaiʻi, with over 70 Republican campaigns receiving his support. With his impressive accomplishments in Hawaiʻi, Joel has also worked to take down Democrats in Virginia. He has been supporting campaigns since he was 15 and managed his first campaign at 18 years-old. Joel is married with four kids and attends church at One Love in Kakaʻako. He is a proud Eagle Scout and a practitioner of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.
