Tim Dalhouse Self-Funds His Full Primary Campaign Budget of $250,000

As of today, Tim Dalhouse has contributed the full $250,000 required to fund his Primary Election campaign strategy for the United States Senate from his personal accounts. While Tim has also received donations from generous donors, he and his wife, Alicia, chose to make sure the baseline budget came from them. When asked why he put so much of his own money into the campaign, Tim replied,

Two reasons - We wanted to show we had serious skin in the game so when we ask people for donations, they know they are partnering with us instead of propping us up, and we want to show that I can't be bought by special interest groups.
